• Activity Entries: Records of which life domains and activities you tracked each day
• Journal Entries: Any text or voice-transcribed notes you create
• Settings: Your preferences, including selected domains, activities, goals, and reminder settings
• Goals: Any weekly targets you set for yourself

This data is stored using your device's local storage and is not accessible to us or any third party.

Device Permissions

The app may request the following permissions:

Microphone (Optional)

• Purpose: Voice input for journal entries
• Usage: Speech is processed on-device to transcribe your words into text
• Data: Voice recordings are not stored or transmitted

Notifications (Optional)

• Purpose: Daily reminders to track your activities
• Usage: Local notifications scheduled on your device
• Data: No notification data is collected or transmitted

Data Backup and Export

You may choose to export a backup of your data:

• Backups are saved to a location you select on your device
• The backup file is in JSON format and contains your entries, settings, and goals
• We do not receive or have access to your backup files
• You are responsible for the security of exported backup files

Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, rent, or trade your information with anyone.

Since all data remains on your device, there is no data for us to share.

Data Retention

Your data remains on your device until you choose to delete it:

• Uninstalling the app will remove all stored data
• You can clear your data from within the app's settings
• We do not retain any copies of your data

Children's Privacy

Mindflex Life Tracker is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since we do not collect any personal information from any users, there is no risk of collecting children's data.

Third-Party Services

Mindflex Life Tracker does not integrate with or send data to any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks.

Security

While we do not have access to your data, we encourage you to:

• Keep your device secure with a passcode or biometric lock
• Be mindful when exporting backup files
• Keep your device's operating system up to date
