How do I track my daily activities?
On the Daily view, simply tap on the life domains you focused on that day. You can also expand each domain to select specific activities within it. Your selections are saved automatically.
Is my data private?
Yes, absolutely. All your data stays on your device. We don't collect, store, or transmit any of your personal information. There's no account required, no cloud sync, and no analytics. You have complete control over your data.
How do I set weekly goals?
Go to the Goals tab and set targets for how many days per week you want to focus on each life domain. Your progress is tracked automatically and shown on the Dashboard.
Can I customize the life domains?
Yes! You can rename domains, add new ones, or delete ones that don't apply to you. Tap the three-dot menu next to any domain to edit or delete it. Use the "Add Life Area" button to create new domains.
How does the journal feature work?
The journal lets you write about your day in your own words. The app automatically detects which life domains you mentioned and can add them to your daily tracking. You can also use voice input to speak your journal entries.
How do I back up my data?
Go to Settings and tap "Backup / Restore." You can export your data as a JSON file to save it elsewhere. To restore, import the backup file from the same menu. We recommend backing up regularly to avoid data loss.
What happens if I delete the app?
Deleting the app will remove all your data from your device. Since we don't store any data on servers, there's no way to recover it. We recommend exporting a backup before uninstalling if you want to keep your history.
Can I view past days?
Yes! Use the left and right arrows on the Daily view to navigate between days. You can view your history and see what you tracked on any previous date. Past days are read-only to preserve your historical data.
How do reminders work?
You can set daily reminders to prompt you to track your activities. Go to Settings and enable Reminders, then choose your preferred time and days. The app uses local notifications on your device—no data is sent anywhere.

Getting Started

Here's how to make the most of Mindflex Life Tracker:

1. Set Up Your Domains

The app comes with 8 default life domains, but you can customize them to match what matters most to you. Rename, add, or remove domains to create your perfect setup.

2. Track Daily

Each evening (or whenever works for you), open the app and tap the domains you focused on that day. The more consistent you are, the better insights you'll get.

3. Set Goals

In the Goals tab, set targets for how many days per week you want to focus on each area. Start realistic—you can always adjust later.

4. Check Your Progress

Visit the Dashboard to see your weekly and monthly patterns. Notice which areas get attention and which might need more focus.
